You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases as a private consumer and / or wholesale and B2B purchase. 14-day right applies also to B2B invoice purchases. The period starts from the day you receive your order.

To request a return, email us at hello@heretorave.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the item. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Returned items should be unused and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned where the legal exception applies.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@heretorave.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll help resolve it.
